Higuchi Masayuki
Inherit and pass along to future generations
I value the “Essence of Mino Momoyama Ceramics” to make pottery pieces that have
inherently shifting value throughout the ever-changing living environment. In my work, I try
to reflect senses, emotions, and ideas from timeless art form through the materials that I use.
I create things I think are beautiful, that are then brought to life by material and fire.
